Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AiRecruit360 platform operated by Evolfinity Technologies, Inc. ("us", "we", "our", or "AiRecruit360").

2.1 Account Registration

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

AiRecruit360 offers various subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans.

3.2 Billing and Cancellation

Payment for subscription plans is charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected during registration. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team or through your account settings.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AiRecruit360 and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

5. Data Privacy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
